The process should take less than a minute and must be completed to continue picking up and/or dropping off the load. Once the driver has submitted their selfie in the Relay mobile app, Amazon will review it to confirm their identity based on the photo submitted during onboarding.

Documentation Needed
Each notified driver will be required to submit a selfie photograph of their face in the app. This information will be used to confirm each driver’s identity based on the credentials they provide during onboarding.

Once they click on “Continue”, the driver will be prompted to take a selfie photograph of their face within the app. Please ensure to follow the selfie capture guidelines to avoid delays or rejections in your verification. The driver may need to provide the app access to the camera.

Post-Submission
Once a driver submits their information, they will immediately receive an in-app notification indicating we have received the submission. We will review it and notify the driver if there was a selfie mismatch, within a few hours.
Note: If there are repeated selfie mismatches, that may impact your ability to execute Amazon loads.
