Relay drivers encounter several types of loads while working with Amazon – some loads occur at Amazon sites while others occur at third-party (3P) sites.
Third-Party (3P) Loads pick up and deliver to non-Amazon sites. 3P sites differ from Amazon sites as they are not run and managed by Amazon employees. As a result, procedures at 3P sites may vary from Amazon locations.

As a result, procedures at 3P sites may vary from Amazon locations. Before starting work, drivers are advised to review if their load is picking up from a 3P site or an Amazon site.

In the Relay app, 3P loads are indicated by a grey 3P icon (see below). From the home page, tap on “View Schedule” to see details of your schedule and review the site type.
Press each pulsing markers below to explore the BOL page before continuing.
Not all loads will have a trailer seal. However, if a trailer has a seal, the driver should verify the number located on the one-time seal attached to the trailer matches the number for the one-time seal on the BOL.
